2. Data we collect
We process the details you provide (name, email, phone if supplied, project context/message) and technical metadata needed to operate the site (server logs, security telemetry, submission timestamps).
3. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call, and prepare proposals or pre‑contractual steps. Legal basis: pre‑contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to handle the request and reasonable follow-up. Submissions are delivered by submit-form.com directly to a controlled mailbox; we do not persist leads in Workers KV or any other database. If you request deletion, we remove mailbox copies and ask submit-form.com to purge any related submission records.
5. Processors and transfers
Processors involved: Cloudflare (Pages/CDN and Turnstile anti-abuse) and submit-form.com for form handling and email delivery to our mailbox. Workers KV, Resend and MailChannels are not used in production. If data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) apply where required.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
For deletion or other data subject requests, email dorin-emilian.avram@sephirasec.ai; we will remove mailbox copies and forward the erasure request to submit-form.com to remove processor-side traces.
